Come and join me in the beautiful surroundings of the Sea to Sky Retreat Centre as we bask in the beauty of trees, water, mountains and be healed my Mother Nature herself.

This weekend is about deeply connecting to our souls longing. The longing for perfect health and balance to be able to fully express ourselves and live to our fullest potential. The sister sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda offer us a roadmap for navigating every aspect of our being from the micro to the macro.
